Hello Rick,
We wish to say thank you to the board of directors of LaVita for the new look that is taking place in the complex. Now that the roof replacement is well underway, the transformation from the old pine shakes to the light weight concrete tiles is remarkable. A welcome improvement!

Hi Rick!
We’re very pleased with the roof. I think your crew did an excellent job. We were especially delighted with how concerned the tile setters were to make sure all the leaks were fixed i.e. they removed the kitchen skylight, calked around the rim of the opening, and then reinstalled the skylight. Apparently the skylight was not well installed by my framer. We’ll definitely recommend your company to all our friends and keep your card for our next house. Thanks again and best wishes.
